You-Me Global Education is a US-based EdTech membership organization for independent and private schools. Members get a digital library of eBooks, audiobooks, read-alongs and videos, plus You-Me Live for virtual classes, chat and video calls.
The organization needed two things: a public website that explains the membership and brings schools into enrollment, and a mobile app that gives parents a direct, everyday line to their children’s schools.
The decision
Rather than building two disconnected products, we treated the website and the app as two doors into the same platform. Schools enroll and sign in through the website, and the information they manage (students, classes, reports and fees) reaches parents in the app. Both were built for English and French, because many member schools teach in French.

- School enrollment and login. An enrollment flow and a dedicated portal where member schools sign in.
- Bilingual by design. Complete English and French versions of the site for an international audience.
- You-Me Live showcase. Introduces virtual classes, You-Me Chat, video calling and the digital library.
The mobile app: You-Me Connect
Google Play- Family dashboard. Every child in one place, with name, class and school at a glance.
- Contact School. Parents choose a student and a topic such as fees, attach a file and send it straight to the school.
- Reports. Report cards, fees, journal and attendance, organized into simple tabs.
- You-Me Live and alerts. One tap into live learning, with notifications from the school.
- Privacy built in. Data is encrypted in transit and families can request deletion of their data.
